Technical Support
 
On some occasions, I am asked for specific technical assistance for things which fall outside of basic installing and editing of my designs. This kind of support requires dedicated one on one time with the customer and due to my workload, unfortunately I can no longer accommodate these requests as a free service.
If you would like my assistance with any 'over and above' technical support which falls outside of basic installation and editing of your design (which of course is a standard inclusion with all my designs), I am happy to provide one on one time with you - but it will incur my hourly charge*.
 
One-on-one time includes 'live time' email support or 'live chat' support through Yahoo or Messenger - or for local customers, I am available upon request via telephone.
Whilst I hope my tutorials and FAQ's will address most of your issues, if you would like to book me for exclusive individual service, please email me first to discuss your issue.
 
If over and above/technical support is required, I will let you know how much time will be required to address your issue and a booking time will then be confirmed and invoiced.
