I am also excited to announce that I am currently re-working all my Tutorials into
Audio Visual Video format to enable a thorough step-by-step visual of
each process. Each has a set of controls at the bottom - to allow you to
pause the tutorial as you go along.
As tutorials become available, they will be highlighted in blue in the following list.

In some instances, please note that I have reduced the image quality a little

LIVE DESKTOP HELP
If you are still having trouble with any aspect of your website or
ebay template....or you have a question about something not covered
here, you also have the option of a 'Live Desktop' demonstration.
All you need to so is send me a request or details of the problem you are
needing help with and I will send you a URL and password which
will enable either:
- You to watch me fix the issue or problem in 'Live Time' by giving you
temporary viewing access to my computer screen, or
- Allow me to temporarily access your desktop and then show you how to
solve the problem yourself, or
- Temporarily set up a simultaneous shared computer screen across both our
computers so I can show you...and then you follow along...all while I am able
to watch and guide you through the process!
This technology is fabulous because it not only allows me to resolve the
issue right in front of your eyes....it's also very safe and completely free! You
don't even need to download any software to use this service! There's simply
no better way for you to learn than to watch a personalised tutorial that's as
effective as if I was sitting right alongside you!
